The name Goldman Enterprize, the site design, its text, images, audio and code are owned by us or used with permission. Nothing here transfers a licence to reuse them.

Rights in commissioned work are set out in the agreement for that project.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any proposal, estimate or timeline we give is an indication until both sides sign an agreement.

Please do not send confidential material through the contact form before we have an NDA in place — tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure route.

This site links to stores, streaming services and other external pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.
